Saint Luke's Health Care Clinic St. Luke’s Health Care Clinic (SLHCC) grew out of a need in the community. SLHCC has 20-years of service given to underserved communities and it was foundd by Dr. Stanislaus Ting and a group of parishioners from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The group began meeting in April 1990 and since 1991 has been addressing the non-emergency health care needs of homeless and indigent persons living within Donna Ana County of New Mexico
Las Cruces is the second largest city in New Mexico state and has a population of 97,618 in 2010 according to the 2010 Census, is localized in Donna Ana county, which has a total population of 209,233 according to the 2010 Census, at the south part of the state, and is close to El Paso, Tx in the USA and Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua in Mexico which form the biggest US/Mexico border community.
